Marvellous and amazing location - quite close to Room. Found in the such beautiful area close to restaurants and shopping and the fountain square and the city center.

The hotel was good looking and luxury, with unbeatable location in all other area. The room turned out to be luxury and neat with balcony and the kettle, as example. The service was great and the staff were fabulously helpful.

The location great for Sabayil district, it is not far from most tourism areas and famous restaurants, the iconic Flame Towers, and the shops, restaurants, and city attractions

The staff was affable, welcoming all the time. I could see inner courtyard from the window of the twin/double room. Overall it was incredible, with a private bathroom. Perfect service offered in this hotel...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire City and it exceeded our expectations. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and the overall experience was delightful. The staff, especially Senan Zamanov and Vafadar, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling street below. The standout feature was the spacious shower, which was a refreshing surprise. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace offered panoramic views and a good selection of food. While some may argue that Sapphire City does not meet all the criteria of a five-star hotel, the affordable prices, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff make it an excellent choice. we highly recommend Sapphire City for a wonderful stay in Baku.

The staff was really kind and nice and the terrace served outstanding meals. Reasonable prices, very well decorated and immaculately clean rooms with balcony and the kettle, as example. Perfect service overall. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The location of the hotel was good and stunning - just a pleasant stroll away from a 12th-century monument. The best thing was how very kind and nice the staff were. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the kettle, body lotion to the toiletteries in the bathroom plus balcony and that's great.

Though everything was good, some of the staff were not very helpful.

I had an amazing time during my city break! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, offering an early check-in and making sure our stay was comfortable. The complimentary rainforest shower and comfortable bed were some of the best parts of the experience. the perfect location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer.

The only downside to this otherwise perfect trip was the taxi service in the city. Taxis were chaotic and often unsafe, making it difficult to get around.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of Nizami street, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing, giving me a wonderful perspective of the bustling street below. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room, like the minibar and full bathroom amenities, made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Spent my Easter weekend in a great hotel located in the heart of the city. Staff were amazing and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast offered in the mornings. The hotel's location made it easy to explore key landmarks and attractions that were within walking distance.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with the springs being felt when laying down. some of the staff had a very limited understanding of English, making communication a bit difficult at times.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to major sightseeings and everything we needed was close by. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as the rooms and common areas were spotless. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face.
